要予約お市とその娘（茶々・初・江）の特徴を味で表現。厚揚げ田楽三姉妹（ゆず山椒／酒粕白味噌／みりん粕味噌）。前々日迄の要予約。
事前予約要※事前予約が必要です※ 朝倉氏遺跡博物館にも展示されている、一乗谷の発掘調査で出土した羽釜を思わせる釜の中には、甘海老に真鯛、栗、椎茸、里芋などがぎっしり詰まっていて具だくさん！ 豪華絢爛な見た目から贅を尽くした料理で戦国武将をもてなしたという朝倉氏の心意気を垣間見ることもできます。
